ok ive just finished instaling Counter-Strike: Source Version 4426 by CSS-Junkies FINAL VERSION
by smart play BUT when i clicked to play it says no perssion to run csrtike ive tried runnig as administrator still has the same problem please help
Note: i have installed the latest update

no permission to run cstrike

Just turn off Steam, because you have running it in background.
