YUP, my GPU is the worst. But in css I can run it in high settings with 640x480 with good fps.

wow, few months ago I had win xp then I upgraded to Win 7, I formatted my C drive or disk and so I had like nothing in my computer. But the I noticed the fps is just the same with win xp and my win xp at that time is full of crappy unnecessary files.

are there GPUs that are powerful and cheap? like the GTX 580? I live here in saudi arabia so im looking for GPUs under 100SAR (currency or whatever here in saudi) and when thats converted to dollars, GPUs under $68 I think
