I do not know why, but it works now. I think I installed a redistributable packages.But it works, could change to Portuguese. My problem now is plug in the original post (SmartPlay) for testing server. my console gives me this message 10 attempts: Retrying public (89.205.123.68:27015) ...3054.990: Sending UDP connect to public IP 89.205.123.68:27015 I was able to play online with Patch 1.31.3.0, and now shows 10 attempts this message. wanna have helped. Thank ^^

Does not work in my Windows 7 64-bit, followed all instructions, read the 2 threads (including comments), all right as the posts, read the instructions for "retardeds" (I am Brazilian and my English is not fluent, so the instructions were useful.) The problem is that launcher.exe does not open. My Windows is updated, but perhaps lacking some redistributable package for me (and maybe Basic etc..) Note: I have Steam installed.
