Does "1.31.5" patch allows to play online??? I am using windows 8 32bit. It give me following error while using 1.31.5 patch Untitled.bmp

guys i have install the game n also patch of v1.31.3 and also used the patch files of paolo v.1.31.4. I am using WIndows 8 32bit pro. The biggest prob i experience is that i cant join any only server. It says "session Expired". And why when i add a ip to my fav it just show 25 connection but the actual players can play on that ip is 32 on the webpage (gametracker) but in the game shows just "22/25" always. And the Game CRASHES in 15mins while playing with bots

I get this " This game requires steam" I have download the steam bt i didnt update it...and just opened n closed n restarted my pc bt still the msg is over n over... And i hav download 1.31.1 junkies version n used directly patch files of paolo of 1.31.4 is it fine with that?
