I still didn't understand the UAC matter , can you kindly elaborate it please . & yes it worked some other servers but I couldn't use colored skin , Silenced weapon & colored knifes in smartplays server . I saw some played using the colored skin , silenced weapon & colored knifes on smartplay's sever but I couldn't do that .

yes when I clicked"browse community servers" it closed my game but I tested some moment ago and amazingly it was working . I didn't understand what do you mean by "UAC in your computer is turned off?" and yes I run the game as administration . I'm using the "CSGO_Launcher_16-2-14" btw .

89.205.123.68 is this the smartplays server ? I am not so sure about it . I connect to server via console cause when I try to use the serverbrowser , the game crashes ... my os is windows 8.1 64bit . I tried the knife skin but it only works with bots , not on that server ... btw , I'm now playing on a server (79.173.85.212:27017) & the skin is working now ! & 89.205.123.68 again I tried to use the skins & weapons on this server but it doesn't work . *right now my serverbrowser is working ! don't what's happening ...

yes . I saw other players with weapon skins & playing with new weapons like M4 Silenced .

1st I installed the new junkies (1.32.2.1) on my csgo . When I tested the skins and weapons (except CZ75) with bots , they were working well but when I joined to the server , I couldn't play with the skins or weapons like M4 Silenced & usp silenced .When I go in the buying menu I can see those skins & weapons but when I buy that particular weapon , I get the common weapon without any skin . One of the player told me to reinstall the game and I reinstalled the game & applied the patch but the result was same . Then someone told me to change "EnableNSNetSvc = UDP" to "EnableNSNetSvc = TCP" and I did that but it didn't work anyway . Also , many of the players were using the skins and they said it's working . But i couldn't use the skins while playing Online ...

I tried everything but I don't know why I couldn't work it out ! Hope I will find a solution soon ...
