Why skins dont work again?

I dont understand you now. I already play on that server after 3 days ago with new skins and then they say to me that i have old version. Are version 1.3.2.0.0 already oun for us?

On new patch i have a low lag.

Did anyone else have lag with this new version. On older one everythings go well on medium setings. Now on low setings lag

I cant play even offline. Do i need to turn my internet off for that?
