help plz game was working fine last night but today it gives a black screen for about a minute and then crashes to desktop. tried gemo launcher, the desktop shortcut and the junkies loader, all same

whenever i try to download the patch it gets stuck at about 20% for some reason. i tried using chrome and ie still same outcomes. help plz
