i got the same problem, it just happened yesterday, i think the problem is the new updates of window, when i reinstall the game, it works just fine, but the problem comes again when install update 46.

i have the same problem, i played CSS yesterday, but now i cannot play it anymore, and run check game , so i have the same notify (bad file and file not found), i updated my window (i think it is the problem)
