Guys, I am downloading this version right now so don't know about the crashes you all are getting but one thing I can say that if your game crashes after winning/losing a map or during map change..... the game is running fine. Its a steam game bug and occurs in the steam versions too.... I and all my friends who have this game in steam have the same crash issue. @SmartPlay : Good job bro! Keep it up!! :D

hahahaha! dude I know that!! :D I had problems with the client thats why SmartPlay told to delete and verify all the files and eventually download a new client..... thats what I replied to him! :P I got the patched version.... but my friend doesnt have one!! I was doing it on his PC but problems arose and hence blackscreen.... :P Lets see whats the solution to this problem! :)

Ya dude I tried deleting the client.dll..... and verified all the files...... the new client.dll is still having the same prob.... Can anybody check for this problem when they are having the black screen problem? :) Please check whether the client generation process completes successfully..... or does it just skip after it shows 1% in the progress bar..... :)

Hey SmartPlay...... I noticed something today in one of my friends PC and this may be the cause of many telling about the black screen problem...... not sure...... While I was installing CSGO in his PC..... It installed alright...... and after that I logged in to patch the client.dll...... but there is a problem..... the Launcher shows its patching the file and starts progressing..... and hits 1%..... after that it just skips the whole thing...... displays generation successful and goes on downloading the RevEmu...... and after hitting the play button it just gives the black screen and comes back to desktop...... I think that patching is unsuccessful...... Launcher was running in admin mode..... Antivirus disabled! Any ideas??? :)

If you downloaded the maps from various sites.... then just paste the maps in the csgo/maps and start the game....... In game you wont find the maps in the menu whatever you do so just open the console and type in "map <mapname>" (without quotes) e.g. de_inferno This should start the map......and bots should also be present but incase they aren't there..... just punch in the command "bot_add" until you are satisfied! :) Happy Fragging! :)

Hey dude.... I pointed out this bcuz this is happening after the updates..... (I got my patched version and I am a owner of the legit version too...... :P ) My downloads are finishing ok..... but again checking for this file! Dont know why! :) Ok you make the packets and PM me if possible I'll check it out...... Sorry but slow connection cant be fixed in my region..... Its a national problem here! LOL! :D

Admin this is just to help you kind of post...... Even after downloading the revemu..... the cilent stills looks for the files and recognizes as bad file! and downloads again....... I think there is a problem...... Now to clear the doubt...... Is it a problem or is it necessary....??? :P If its a problem then without re-downloading the stuffs again saves time! :P

I used the v51 patch before extracting v52 this way it doesn't give the error! I don't know why though! I don't use the v51 patch to play the game, just to install the v52 patch correctly.... :)

I also got the not responding error... but after I updated CSS after applying the v51 patch its working fine.... Maybe someone can try this out, see if it fixes things! :)

Patch is working fine! Tested with Windows 7 SP1 32bit. Had Internet Connection on once and off once both worked! :)
