Hi all, here is a video I did about how to change your background in css. You must know that there are few ways to change it. For me, one of more efficient (and 'right') way is to use VTF Edit, this video is in french and english : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXR3jYa32Ac To change your background : - find your wanted background (any extension : jpeg,png,tga,etc) - launch vtf edit - open your jpg,png,etc background/image or wallpaper from VTF Edit - then save it as and name it with background01 (care, don' t make error typing) - now you have to put it on the background folder of css, but... -...maybe you want to keep copy of your actual background - here is this folder named : console C:\Program Files\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\materials\console or C:Steam\Steam App\Program Files\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\materials\console Place the background just converted and named background01.vtf Now launch css and enjoy ! ps : if you are interested, I did some video tutorials about how to modify css main, menu,how to add command on main menu, how to make animated tag by converting animated gif into animated css tag, etc... most of these video are 'written' in french but I think it is easy to follow instruction by watching. Anyway I will can translate it by make a post in this forum, just tell me what video/tutorial do you want I translate.

Ah ok thank you ! in fact the version I have just installed didn' t need updates to get started. I play without patch etc, so it ' s cool !! But I am interested to know what version of css are your updates ? Orange box ? (setti etc ?)

Hi all I am happy to be with you all. Well, my 'name' is chichen71, markantoine71 or more often iskander71. Maybe like you I like css, I have 'build' and share all or near what I know about it in a modest site & forum. Unfortunatly there are few month I can' t add anything even play cause computers problems, changing etc I am now re installing. Otherwise I like graphism, I mean using Photoshop, After Effect or cinema 4d, I am french living in Bourgogne.
