Smartplay every time i join a game its only with russian people and i can't communicat to them do you now a english server

Smartplay can you help, i connected to 89.205.123.68 but now i can only play zombie mod or zombie escape and if i try to jooin a other mod like deathrun it says steam validation reject. help :(

Big Thanks To Smartplay and Jplay you guys saved my finally i can play peacefully counter strike :D . But Smartplay when i play with bots it lags but when i play online it's not lagging do you now why?
