I just try it if I change the key "InstallPath"="C:\\Program Files\\Steam" to other path and game is not working and if I set it back it's work so for sure there is something about this. Maybe it's not working for you because other reason, you should have really installed Steam client in C:\\Program Files\\Steam I know this game is cracked for no steam but that's how it works for me ofc you shouldn't run steam.exe Like this one > http://i.imgur.com/5OUZTY1.png if your folder is empty then it might not working. Hello, I just want to share another possible problem that may cause the game to start with black screen then crash to Desktop. In my case after I installed the game CS GO and patch it and all was working fine but days later I installed another game Tomb Raider and seems this game changed some registry keys so my CS GO stop worked, but I found out the problematic registry keys so here is how to solve this kind of problem. Here is how the registry keys was changed after install game Tomb Raider (SKIDROW edition): *This is for 32 bit Windows if your windows is 64 bit then those registry keys are a bit different.
