    just found out.... all we have to do to create a server is type in the console: sv_lan 1 <enter> then, map de_dust <enter>[youll find map commands when you type "map" in the console to select maps] to join: just click "Browse Community servers" and click on LAN tab, Connect

    try to UPDATE/INSTALL again while the "VERIFY ALL" is checked...and repatch using Junkies Client.. And Dont forget to RUN it as ADMINISTRATOR.. worked for me.. run the game using revLoader.exe located in " \Counter Strike Global Offensive\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive".
