    Blocking CSGO.exe and RevLoaded.exe via Firewall fixed the issue :)

    Solution for me was to turn off internet when u start CS GO, for now I cannot play multiplayer till further resoultion, but every time I start it with internet working it crashed and everytime wihout internet it works PS I am using WIN 8 too
