YEAAHHH!! I'm back. :D Adding -insecure to the shortcut's Target line works, at least it allows me to play with bots since VAC is disabled. :P -
Every reg fix? No, no, you just need to run the black screen fix and steam required fix. Bcos you ran the clear registry fix, you should run Junkies Client and re-update the game (to fix some registry keys), then patch. After patching finished, run the black screen fix and steam required fix, now you should be able to play non-steam CSGO. Note: After you play a game on Steam, you need to exit Steam completely and run two reg fix above again before playing CSGO. Besides, NEVER run Clear Registry fix.

Nope, all files are untouched, except a client.dll file in csgo/bin folder which is modified upon patching, I never cheat a FPS game. Besides, I said I tried to play an offline match with bots, not any multiplayer server. I can't play the Training Course either, nothing. :(

People says just re-verify and re-patch the game, but I've done it many times. I deleted Counter-Strike Global Offensive folder, extracted my 1.23.0.1 backup, update and patch, it doesn't work. You got "invalid signature" error too? I guess the only way is to play CSS while waiting for next update. This also happens to some legit Steam users.

I have 2 tricks you might want to add. Easy achievement with harmless bots (need confirmed) Go to Counter-Strike Global Offensive/csgo folder, open gamemode.txt, then press Ctrl + F and search for "dumb" (w/o quotes), then scroll down a few more lines, you'll see a code snippet like below, change "awardProgressDisabled" to 0. Then run CSGO, start a match with harmless bots and try to get some achievements. How to pause a match (in case you receive a phonecall or want to go to bathroom, whatever :D) 1. Go to Counter-Strike Global Offensive/csgo/cfg folder, open game.cfg and type sv_pausable 1 2. Run the game, open console command and type bind "p" "pause" (you can change p to any key you like) 3. Now everytime you want to pause, press P, you'll see a black overlay saying "SERVER PAUSED", press P again to resume. :) Note: you'll need to repeat step 1 after each game update. Not recommended in multiplayer servers

Could you remove the [Loader] section in rev.ini file? Bcos I think it's not used and may cause confusion. Also change rev.ini to junkies.ini, since we no longer use revLoader. :rolleyes: Time for a revolution. :lol:

I'd like to see this CS fantastic 4 in a set first: Global Offensive, Source, Condition Zero, 1.6. I don't even know what Dota is, maybe I should try it out. :P I also asked my younger brother, he wants to play Dota 2 too.

I don't know either. When I tried to load map as soon as it was downloaded, after the loading screen, I got thrown back to main menu with a "Steam validation rejected" message. :|

SmartPlay, could you fix this bug? Everytime I close Junkies Client after updating & patching a game, it's stuck in Task Manager with 50% CPU resource. This happens on WinXP and Win8, im not sure about the others.

I can't find any bllogfilecache.txt file in csgo folder, so I created it myself and type in "Blah blah blah" then test-run but nothing show up in the news panel. :blink: Edit: Nevermind, I found one in Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo (I installed it in the Free Weekend event :P), it's blogfilecache, not bllogfilecache. It says "If You Want To Use Steam With The Game Also Installed", not "Play non-Steam CSGO On Steam". The reg fix is used only in case you need Steam to play other Steam games, you can run Steam and play normally. Then before you play Junkies CSGO, you have to exit Steam and run the reg fix.

Yea, there's a misunderstanding here, the Language dropdown list you see on Junkies Client interface is about CSGO, not Junkies Client. :D You could send a request to Valve, maybe they will add Arabic language in future update. :)

I already told him to do so via PM yesterday, but he still have that problem. :wacko: I guess someone have to log on his PC using TeamViewer or something to check out. BTW, the reg fix needs some fixes too, the steamclient.dll url needs double slash between each folder to merge properly. The registry directory of SteamClientDll reg fix is the same in 32-bit and 64-bit version (no need for an extra "Wow6432Node"). Changed the black screen fix to delete InstallPath key completely, no more blank value. x86.reg: x64.reg:
