Hats off to you, SmartPlay. JunkiesLoader works perfectly on both games. Excellent job. :D Edit: Actually, when I tried to create a match in CSS, I got "You are in insecure mode. You must restart..." error, adding -secure to the launch option doesn't help. 2nd edit: Nevermind, I replaced -secure with -steam, it works well now. :)

I suggest changing the favicon for website and forum as well, how about the icon you used for Junkies Client, SmartPlay? :rolleyes: Off-topic: Now the Orange Box version of CSS is no longer supported, could you integrate the update 61 to the main CSS installer, make new torrent for it and remove all CSS update posts?

No need to reinstall Steam. After you run the registry fix, Steam can still run as normal (the InstallPath key value will be restored when you start Steam). If you want to play no-steam CSGO, you have to exit Steam completely and run the reg fix again, then you can run the game w/o black screen crash. I do this all the time :D. I have Steam installed just to download maps from Steam Workshop :P Here is how:

Maps in CSGO are not like CSS or previous versions, only official maps are added to gamemode categories and have preview thumbnails. To load a custom map, you have to open console and load map manually. For example, if I want to play cp_dust2 under deathmatch gamemode, type "map cp_dust2 deathmatch" (w/o quotes), same with armrace, demolition, casual, competitive. Have fun :)

Okay, people, Im gonna tell you this once and for all. For whatever error you get, just run Junkies Client as administrator and re-patch, and one more thing, just clicking Patch doesn't mean you patched the game succesfully, your JC log must have this line "GENERATING VALID CLIENT FILE FINISHED". The client.dll file inside Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\bin folder is the cause to most of the problems (blackscreen-and-out, unable to execute blah blah blah...) just because it's missing or not patched. :angry: If you're lazy to wait for the queue one more time, you can download the revEmu files in my signature below. If you wish, you can change your name in the rev.ini file w/o generating client file again. Then run revLoader as admin to play CSGO (if your windows version is Vista/7/8). I'm wondering why I've played CSGO (on windows 8) for weeks and get most of the achievements in game now, yet you guys still here whining about blackscreen error. <_<

I just created 2 torrents for CSGO and CSS, need speedtesting. If the download speed is too low for you guys, I'll stop seeding. This torrent will be available during 1 AM to 4 PM (UTC). Pls try and let me know. Edit: It seems the my torrent upload speed is very low and sometimes the connection goes unstable. Besides, no one has been downloading it. So I've removed the torrent file and stop seeding. Please download the game via Junkies Client. Cheers.

Guys, make sure you run Junkies Client as admininstrator before clicking Patch, and check if the client.dll file (inside csgo\bin folder) is generated successfully, or else you'll continue to have blackscreen-and-out error. You could try downloading the patch files in my signature below, im not sure if it works on multiple PCs (I downloaded it using the client).

Is your window 32bit or 64bit? Try merging one of these registry keys corresponding to your windows version. It will erase the value of InstallPath key and force CSGO to use cracked Steam client. If you run Steam, this key will be reset to your Steam installation location. I have Steam too, but I just need to exit Steam and the game run normally. You should try anyway. disablesteam.zip

Are you using Kaspersky too? Disable its protection for a few minutes and run setup again. Hello fellows Junkies, yesterday i managed to get these two CP maps from Steam Workshop :D, this could be future update for CSGO. Description: Control more points than the other team at the end of the round to win.Own all control points to cut off the other team's spawn.Gain health and cash by standing on control points.For now, these maps don't support bots, they just ignore control points, running around shooting enemy. So it's more enjoyable if played on a multiplayer server. If you want to try these maps offline with bots, simply extract them to Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps folder, run CSGO, then type map <map_name> custom in console, after you enter the map, type bot_quota 10 and bot_quota_mode fill (you will understand why when you're in). Make sure you put the game folder to the right place to match with Installation Directory setting, then open Junkies Client, check Verify All and click Install/Update. Example: If you choose to install CSGO to C:\Program Files\Counter-Strike Global Offensive, you must move the game files to the same location, and then verify & update the game, since the torrent is not latest version.

LOL, that's suck. But there's still 2 ways to get around. :P 1. Move or copy junkies client setup file to desktop, then restart your PC. There's a short time when Kaspersky is not yet started (depends on how fast your PC is and how many programs autostart with windows), use this precious time to run setup. Once you can make it run, Kaspersky won't interfere anymore. 2. If you can't make it in step 1, press Windows+R to open Run command, type msconfig and Enter. System Configuration window appear, go to Boot tab, check Safe boot (minimal). Then restart Windows (hope your brother doesn't put password to Safemode). If you can enter Safemode, you're free to install junkies client or any program. PS: In Safemode, after you install junkies client, open msconfig again and uncheck Safe boot, then restart.

Lol, i tried to install Steam and add CSS to library, then ran the game through Steam, I could see server browser and achievements, but I coudn't join any server or play with bots, A msg box said "The server requires that you be running Steam". :D Then I quit CSS, exit Steam, and ran CSS again. Now with Steam off, I can play with bots, but can't access achievements or see any server.

Nope, it's because of mp_limitteams, you have to increase this value as well. mp_autoteambalance 0 is to prevent half of CT team from switching to T side.

UltraSurf proxy requires UltraSurf itself to be running, try open ultrasurf and then junkies client then. I have no need to use proxy bcos Im always at home :D so I can't help you with that. Sorry.

CSGO splits to 5 gamemodes, which settings are managed by 5 different cfg files. If I understand corrently, you want to solo as a T against 16 CTs, all you have to do is to set the following option (change the number if it already exist) : bot_quota 17 bot_join_team ct mp_limitteams 16 mp_autoteambalance 0 Have fun. :D PS: You should change the topic title to "How to play solo vs 16 bots?" or something.
