  1. Run revLoader with admin privilege.
  2. Find a game, Play with friend or Community Quickplay, these modes are for legit Steam user only. You can browse community server and join any available server to play online. Have fun. :)
  3. For Kaspersky users, disable its protection for 1-3 minutes, then install Junkies Client before time run out. You may need to put Junkies Client directory to exclusion list to prevent the program from interfering client install/update.

Here you go, Im not sure if it helps. If not, you have to run the client yourself and patch again. If you're using windows vista/7/8, right click on junkies client and choose "Run as administrator" to avoid problem. http://www.mediafire.com/?q1ko616ug232cux Don't mind the ads. :P Once you download it, extract all files to CSGO folder and enjoy the game. Good luck.
  5. According to what I read here, SteamPipe is a new content distribution system developed for faster loading, an effort to bring more works to the cracking teams, and more troubles to us no-steam players. :D :) :(
  6. I think you have to wait for CS1.6 to be "steampiped". :D But I prefer Condition Zero.
  7. About CSS, I downloaded, patched and ran the game with shortcut created by the client, it works well in offline game with bots, but when I try to view achievement, a message said "You must be logged in to Steam to unlock or view Achievements". After that I open server browser, there's no server in the list but a message "Steam Beta must be running to make use or Find Server". Now what? I can play with bots just for fun, no achievements, no online servers. FYI, the shortcut points directly to hl2.exe with some params ("...\hl2.exe" -steam -game cstrike -console), not revLoader. And in the rev.ini file, the procname is csgo.exe -steam -silent -console /help, not hl2.exe. One more thing, everytime I tried to patch, the log says "No need for file generation, it is already generated".
  8. I'm quite familiar with this. :D There should be a rev.ini file in game folder, open it and search for "russian" (w/o quotes). Now you should edit it as follow: Language =Russian <--English
  9. It seems Steam and Junkies client cannot co-exist, some registry key of one overwritting the other, if you want to play cs 1.6, reinstall Steam. One you install Steam, csgo will have problem. :D You have the following options: 1. Uninstall Steam and forfeit CS 1.6, then reinstall Junkies Client to play SmartPlay's CSGO. 2. Reinstall Steam and continue to play CS 1.6, but you can't access CSGO. :( 3. Spend $15 for CSGO on Steam so you can have both games. :D For all those who have "Could not load library client" error: go to Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\bin folder and delete client.dll if it exist, the run Junkies Client and click Patch to regenerate new client.dll file.
  10. First, I like CSGO's deathmatch mode very much, but it's too heavy for my laptop. So I managed to setup my own CSS server and install CSS:DM mod. Here is the problem, everytime I try to connect to my server (with sourcemod, metamod, cssdm loaded) and start a match, a message in the top left saying Auto disconnect in xx.xx seconds, I switched back to desktop and found that the server crashed. Then I tried to remove cssdm plugin, the server works normally. Console output: (cssdm removed) I heard that there is a 2.1.5dev build of cssdm, but i can't download it from the homepage, wondering if it works. If anyone have it, pls send me. Thanks.

Hey there, do you have CSS:DM 2.1.5? Latest stable version 2.1.4 crashes my server all the time. I can't download 2.1.5 from the homepage, the link http://www.bailopan.net/cssdm/snapshots/ to download beta version is forbidden (403). :(
  12. Your PC is very much better than mine  , so this may not be about system limit. Let's try again, run Junkies Client as administrator, check Verify All, click Install\Update and then Patch. You may need to watch the client carefully to see if the client.dll is generated properly. If the above step doesn't work and your game remains a blackscreen, open rev.ini file (inside Counter-Strike Global Offensive folder) and add some parameters, like this: ProcName=csgo.exe -steam -silent -console /help -width 800 -h 600 -windowed It will force CSGO to run in specified resolution, once you're in game, change every video settings to lowest. I've been playing CSGO with this setting all the time :D (a bit laggy though) This is my humble laptop:  (all drivers are updated) To see your dedicated graphic memory, open Start menu and type dxdiag, click Save all Information, you'll be promted to save a DxDiag.txt file to your computer. Now check for yourself.
  13. Press Windows + R, type in regedit, Enter, and then follow this directory: 32-bit Windows: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Valve\Steam 64-bit Windows: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Valve\Steam Delete Steam key and reinstall Junkies Client, verify > install/update > patch again. Good luck. :)
  14. Help, I did every steps: downloaded server files, created server.cfg and pasted dzida's config to it (edited some info), installed metamod (1.10.0-hg832) and sourcemod (1.6.0-hg3897), generated metamod.vdf file and moved it to addons folder. Added "sv_lan 1" to sourcemod.cfg, extracted revEmu to public folder, renamed steamclient.so to steamclient_valve.so, forwarded ports for csgo (27005 to 27020). Finally I created a shortcut for srcds with mapgroup srcds.exe -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 +mapgroup mg_bomb +map de_nuke. Then I launched server and the game, opened server browser, my server was not shown in Internet tab but in Lan tab, I tried to connect to it and succeeded for the first couple times, but now i only get "steam validation rejected" error. :( What did I miss? My server.cfg:
  15. I already have CSGO. Can I just move/copy the gamefiles to public folder before updating? Bcos downloading a whole game again is a pain in the @$$.
  16. Yes, there is a video.txt file in folder Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg, it is generated after the 1st time you run CSGO. If not, you can open rev.ini file and add some parameters like this, then the game will run in your desired resolution. This is my favorite window size (16:10 ratio), you can change it as you wish.:P

I don't think so. The update file junkies_update.zip must have been moved somewhere so the client can't reach it. You have to download new setup file and install again.
  18. Yes, you can download CSGO via the torrent file in the 1st post of this thread. Yes, it is.
  19. Edit the rev.ini file, [steamclient] section, then run CSGO > Options > Game settings and set your clantag on/off.
  20. So I think, as long as you run the client as admin, you can even install CSGO in C:/Windows. I tried it myself and success. :D

Are you kidding? There is already v77, it's cumulative from 1.0.0.72 to 77. Download update 61 and install it, and then your game will be ready. http://forum.planetcss.com/topic/1370-css-update-61/
  22. @SmartPlay: A few suggestions for future client update. :P 1. Add sound notification when an error occurs when downloading/installing or patching the game (connection timeout, server response error, etc...) in case Im studying/working, so I could try to reconnect right away. Beside, the sound notification when waiting queue ends is not necessary now and may be removed. 2. Integrate dzida121's CSGO DS launcher into the blank panel on the client interface (this would be quite complex) 3. A little change in the credit line. :P Old: ULTIMATE Version - www.planetcss.com V22 New: ULTIMATE Version - www.planetcss.com V22 by SmartPlay

Run Junkies Client and patch again. If you're using Windows 7 or 8, make sure to run the client and revLoader as administrator, it should help avoiding troubles. If it doesn't work, read this guide and follow it carefully, many people tried this and success, including me. :D http://forum.planetcss.com/topic/1404-downloading-installing-updating-junkies-client-v22-csgo-troubleshooting-black-screen-fix/
  24. KIS 2013 recognizes the JunkiesUpdater.exe as Hoax.Win32.ArchSMS.ayrrv  and attempt to delete it. So I had to put whole Junkies Client directory into exclusion to keep my av from ruining any gamefiles. LOL
