I can play but without bots. I think except that examples, every exit to windows (even pressing the windows key) shutdown my CSGO. Without any errors of something like this.

Good job and thank You Smartplay but i have a problem. I have a windows 8.1 and i can launch it, but when i want to start match or change graphics resolution - CSGO shutdown :(
