how to change your name in CSGO?

Another Asking , uhm will this CSGO Works on Steam Servers or only works on Non-Steam servers

Another asking , Why CSGO PATCH takes so long to download? Is there any way to solve this? P/S : I live in SEA , Vietnam.

Uhm just want to ask you guys . Uhm that Image Mounting stuff , i used the program that Smartplay gives us , but i cannot format a Disk. It says that the disk is write protected , so if i dont Mount the image and just download the Patch and Extract ( or install becuz i dont know while im downloading LOL ) but uhm will that work for the game. This is my first time using the CSGO Junkies so just want to ask when im finished downloading the Patch
