I forgot about SteamClientPath in SmartSteamEmu.ini. Please download new version or change value to steamclient.dll. It works for me. Please write full error text.

@SmartPlay Do you can add support utf-8 without BOM when emulator read junkies-emu.ini ?

mkdFlash Currently no one emulator does not support inventory. If emulator will support inventory then launcher also will support it.
