  1. ok I am happy to report that after reinstalling v14 of the JunkiesClient it wasn't working.....and then I went to launch it again and it said there was an upgrade to v15. Did the update, then the patching....and then after some seconds (don't remember how many cuz I stopped paying attention), the game finally started up! thank you SmartPlay for your support. I am now going to try out playing the game
  2. this same exact thing is happening to me..... game just gives a black screen and then shuts down. I've tried reinstalling just like you did and it didn't help
  3. I've tried what was suggested for the blackscreen issue but it hasn't worked so far. I just uninstalled everything and i'm trying again to see what happens. I wasn't able to locate the registry keys because I don't know which snap-in the keys are located under.... I looked in most likely place like HKLM\Software and HKCU\Software and I don't see anything looking like it corresponds to JunkiesClient. I will update and state what fix worked if I am successful
  4. smartplay how is it that your'e responding to other ppl's posts but you seem to not see mine? I want to kno how I can fix my black screen issue. Everything is running as admin, I've been trying for so long now and this thing is not working.
  5. ok so after I try again....it finally downloads the files that it needs. then it gives me the option to play. all I get is a black screen. WTF????
  6. after another LONG WAIT.... it now gives me this error: File config.vdf downloaded.Successfully created interfaces.Logging on to the servers...Successfully logged on!Waiting for licenses update...License received.Generating valid client file finished.File files.lst downloaded.File not found: rev.iniFile rev.ini downloaded.File not found: revLoader.exeFATAL ERROR: Cannot create file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\revLoader.exe". Access is deniedYou are logged off. Bear in mind I am the only user acct on my PC, and of course it has full admin rights. I AM ANNOYED.
  7. ok so it seems the latest version of the junkies client has removed the "Log In" button...either way the wait time is ridiculous. I have no clue if this thing is gonna actually do the patching at the end of the wait and then work. I guess I will have to wait another 2 hours to move from "28 in queue". -____- . this wait means u have to go and play another game or watch a movie or something while u waiting.
  8. this thing takes WAY too long. I had to close the program and start again because I was seeing no progress on the thing. I sat and waited FOREVER for the thing to put me at front of queue....and then even more time for it to install/update....then it says it is up to date and then nothig happens. I then click on "Patch" and it is saying wait in queue again. WTF? It is not behaving like how it is stated in any of the tutorial videos, also I DO NOT HAVE A "Log In" button, the only time I get to login is when I click on one of the other buttons and it prompts me for username and password. The fact that I don't have a login button makes me wonder if this thing actually works. I don't see where anythig coulda gone wrong with the junkies client install. I downloaded the latest v14.
