yes sir, if you read old post of me, then you would see, that server is not yet updated to play on, they have problems, you should wait for them to fix it or find other zombies working servers.

- Sección 2 - Si ya has fallado o si ya has intentado instalar Junkies Client / CS:GO anteriormente: -Opción 1. Si ya has descargado el CS:GO y estas fallando para hacer "Install / Update" "Verify All" "Patch" "o correr el juego". Si fallaste descargando el juego por medio del Junkies Client, descarga el Torrent Oficial de SmartPlay y Sigue estos pasos. You are not the only one man. Please wait until SmartPlay make his torrent public, It might be something very good for the low download speed users. If you have a failed download game from junkies client, You need to uninstall first, then delete everything. (it will not resume your download) If you failed to update, You need to uninstall first, then delete everything except steamapp then inside steamapps delete everything except common.
Pretty good man i was trying helping jpsinh0 on his w8 but it failed to download all the time with the junkies, i hope it works for him with the torrent. =) We all are my dear friend. :D thanks for your feedback, i will keep looking, if i see something worthy i will let you know, and remember if you find something useful let us all know =) Edit: Do you have dual core or quad core cpu? Perhaps this could help you like they say there, experiment until you are satisfied :D
