    it was KISLOWOOSK, it is running Aim_map2 I'm not really sure if it is custom, but if it is official it would surprise me that the game comes with an original aim map, plus it had to download the map so i don't think its originalbesides it was empty (still empty i think, but worked) it has this ip 46.48.26.209:27022 i don't know if its not allowed to post other servers ip (if not, then delete this part admin) (i'm not advertising that server, i'm just saying it work's) and you are right there are only 4 servers on my list :S the first 2 say there are 21 players (don't know if they are bots)

    It successfully fixed the black screen problem on my two friends computer (having steam installed) that i failed to run earlier today. :O verify all and then patch didn't updated my cs:go (on my computer), but i did verify all+update/install and successfully updated my game to 1.22.3.1 but gave me black screen problem, then i did verify all+patch and fixed the black screen Edit: i run the game, write "version on the console, it showed 1.22.3.1 clicked browse community servers picked a random custom map running 1.22.3.1 it downloaded the map, joined successfully and played without problems :D

    Hurrah :D 1 question: is not a problem if steam is installed in the machine? or it is just coincidence that the only two computers that i have failed installing cs:go had Steam installed (not running)

    today i tried to install the game via junkies client on two computers having already steam installed and junkies client worked fine updated & patched fine, but the game did black screen & drop to desk, i need someone that confirms that have installed and played (Having steam installed), if no one have then steam is a big problem :S Even if you click update, your game will be updated to 1.22.3.0 I guess we have to wait until SmartPlay update the game server I have clicked update / install and it said: File config.vdf downloaded.Successfully created interfaces.Logging on to the servers...Successfully logged on!Waiting for licenses update...License received.730:Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is already up to date.Logging off...You are logged off. That means we can only play 1.22.3.0 servers like the test server onei typed on the console: connect 89.205.123.68:27015 and it connected to the test server without problems Please wait until SmartPlay update the game server And the files so we can update through Junkies Client to play on others non steam servers.

    Are you trying to update or you are trying to install the game from junkies client? If you are trying to UPDATE your game: click the show spoiler You must go to your "C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client" Folder And Find in that folder a file named " unins000.exe " Run it to completely uninstall your already old or used Junkies Client.     My junkies folder size is 6.0 gb and i have no problems playing and no problems with the client, try and download from client and post later your experience.

I play CS:GO without Steam, i don't even have that installed i don't know how much influence have steam when it is installed and you try junkies client i'm not sure if its a good advice to uninstall steam and clear registry, as i said all the troubles i had in the past was without steam i had never installed steam on my computer, maybe today i will try install on 2 computers one i will install steam before i try install cs:go to see what happens the steam folder inside the folder csgo is need to be deleted, the junkies client will replace it. it is what the SmartPlay guide teached me Thanks for your recommendation your only complaint is the colors ? the text size is the regular size i'm not sure if would be a good idea to make it bigger, I will try to simplify the guide in the next days. Ok you have downloaded the CS:GO from somewhere else or you are trying to download it via the client ? do you have steam ? do you have steam? have you downloaded the game from somewhere else? do you deleted the files that are pointed in the guide then you updated?

Excellent i successfully updated Junkies Client via the update request on the client from v20 to v21 then Changed my Nickname to Zther Clicked Verify All Clicked Patch, successfully Patched, After the patch i clicked on Play button and it closed the client & Launched the game Successfully. Game is running and client have no problems, (at the moment :D) Tomorrow i will try a clean install from scratch just for fun (and for try to find bugs :lol:) thanks for the fixes SmartPlay

If the patch fails try again until it succeed. 10- Change your Nickname, Patch again & Enjoy. -Option 2. Lazy people Don't do things, they buy them, so go buy the game if you are one of them. This took me long and I'm just trying to help, I'm not asking anything in return, Thanks for your time. Please note that with the v23 client there are lot of fixes and perhaps some minor steps in this guide are no longer needed (like closing the client over the task manager, Which it was a step to bypass a client bug) nevertheless these are still being Valid Steps and with this new update v23 this guide has better chances to make you succeed. If you get the "server respond error" while in queue or after it, simply keep trying it wont happen all the time. If you want to do it like I did then leave the Verify All box Unchecked and click the button "Install / Update" A window will appear requesting you to Log On... If you leaved the username & password blank in the settings tab then you should put them right now If you are completely new you should click "Register" It will open a form in your browser to fill with your valid information After you agree to the Terms of Use and click on "Create Account" you should go to your email and verify your account to proceed. Now that you have a Validated Account go back to your "Log On..." Window on your Junkies Client Put your Username & Account and Click on "Log On" It will start "Contacting Server for queue. Please wait." so we wait. After that It will put you into a waiting list, there will always be people before you. there could be 1, there could be 30, there could be 70 persons waiting on the queue. You are not the only one Trying to play without steam. After a painful waiting of 1 minute ~ 1 hour, depending on the queue size, it will automatic start to Update your CS:GO You Have to be Patient the download speed is determined on your net speed, and the Junkies Client Works like a torrent client just that you cant pause or modify the download / upload bandwidth After the update finish you should Hopefully have no errors in your Junkies Client Console and you should be able to proceed On Junkies Client > Click on Verify All and then click on patch (if it passes the Verify your installation should be fine) > It should be quick , Then when it finish (be sure it is no longer downloading anything) > Click on " Create Shortcut " See if it created the shortcut on your desk, then if it is created try to close the Junkies Client > If it fails to close the client > Open your task manager and close the process "JunkiesClient.exe" > Close the task manager and then "Right-Click" on your new shortcut > (it should be a red arrow named "Counter-Strike Global Offensive") and select open file location > Then right click on "revLoader.exe" > properties > Compatibilities > Run this program with admin rights > And right click on "csgo.exe" > properties > Compatibility > Run this program with admin rights > go to desktop and run your "Counter-Strike Global Offensive" short cut. It should start a black window and then (depending on your computer speed) open the game (please be patient) Cross you fingers and Wait. If it throws you to desktop Proceed to Black Screen Fix on post 2 If it successfully start the game Congratulations and if you think this has helped, please take your time to comment / Complaint and please Give thanks to SmartPlay, Without him we would be who knows where else wandering in the void without hopes. If you want to change your in-game nickname you should be able to do so over the Junkies Client, or over the rev.ini file, keep in mind that some people have problems with the change nickname over the client and also changing it with the rev.ini will skip the queue. I guess its your choice, feel free to tell which one worked best for you. Remember that you are already registered on the forum because you use your forum account to log in to Junkies Client. If you haven't downloaded CS:GO yet you have 2 options, download it with junkies client, or use the SmartPlay torrent.   15. thats weird, after you successfully patched you should be able to create shortcut, then close the client via task manager, give admin rights to the revloader and start from your shortcut on your desk, try it again, dont give up, i had that problem and i got it running doing so !

    V20 has little bugs but it is working and have solutions, it don't have any critical bugs like V15 did :S If it give you a CS:GO update it means that your game wasn't successfully updated. and its updating If it gives you a Junkies Client update it could mean 1- bad config of the client (bad game dir location, bad proxy config) 2- coming v21? 3- you need to uninstall client and delete all folders except those I mentioned before and install again. if it dont give you any update and you succesfully Verify All & Patch Then you should create shortcut Clicking "Create Shortcut" then close the client via task manager & start game via your desk shortcut.

    It is simple, first of all have calm so you don't commit any mistake, try to follow my previous post (i had exactly the same problem and i solved it) If you dont want to watch the whole video tutorial then go inside your "C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive" folder and delete everything except bin, csgo and platform > inside the folder bin delete the folder named "Steam" and if you dont have that folder then proceed > inside the folder named csgo delete the folder named "bin" and the file named "steam.inf" > then After that, download & install Junkies_Client_ULTIMATE_Version_20.zip which is in the first page too & try again "Install / Update" please tell me if it solved your problem.

    can you explain exactly when it throw that error ? i mean, you click patch and it immediately throw the error ? or it start patching then after it patches throw the error? or after patching you click play and it throw the error ? please copy and paste the log on the junkies client or go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client\logs" and pm me the cloud_log.txt / connection_log.txt / content_log.txt / and i will see if i can possibly help you

    I'm glad it helped you :D I'm still "Installing / Updating" it say 81.43% (1.74 GiB / 2.17 GiB) I don't understand what it is "downloading" if I have the Counter.Strike.Global.Offensive-UNLOCKED FULL by skidrow placed in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive Perhaps an update ? I really don't know xD P.S. To anyone who is trying to install CS:GO and are starting from scratch I recommend you to directly download via Junkies Client why ? simple: I know the queue is killing us but patience is the key! (PATIENCE) there are some advantages downloading directly from Junkies Client 1- After downloading via Junkies Client you just need to patch & play (I think / I hope) 2- it wont need to update those 2.17gb after you downloaded for example the game from skidrow or any other torrent (except they are the latest CS:GO client version) 3- Its downloading at a stable speed & it work's like the torrent's client, its well seeded because there are lots of people using the Junkies Client 4- It will work :D **Warning** If you cant let your download running for a long time or you lost your connection frequently try and download Via torrent why? the last time I was trying to download the game directly from the Junkies Client I had to cut the Internet when the download was at approximately 40% (I was Eating all my house bandwidth xD) and latter that night (Everyone was sleeping) when I was trying to "resume" it simply just wont work (don't know why maybe it was some already fixed bug maybe not, but I had to download the skidrow torrent because I Can pause the downloads & the Junkies queue was killing me xD) Recommendation to Junkies Client Dev's: option 1 -Add bandwidth control like torrents so you can control the download / upload speed option 2 -Add a pause / resume download button Thanks devs for giving us this great software.

    Try first uninstall with unins000.exe in the Junkies Client folder > After you uninstall, delete all the folders inside Junkies Client folder except the folder named steamapps > Tthen go inside that steamapps folder and delete all except the folder named common. Then if you are trying to "Install / Update" go inside common > Counter-Strike Global Offensive > When you are In there, follow the instructions on this video tutorial which is in the first page http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSUSrH1liA0 After that, download & install Junkies_Client_ULTIMATE_Version_20.zip which is in the first page too & try again "Install / Update" If you are trying to "patch and or verify" i haven't done that yet so I don't know :D

    it now say there is a new update, but it fails to download can you please tellme if its happening to you too ? its v16 coming out ? Edit: Im currently running v15 so i presume v16 is trying to push or there is a junkie client updater error :/ Edit2: ok now im watching in v15 its working the Settings and if i put on proxy settings, server: 89.205.123.68 port: 27015 the client say that there is a new update if i delete the server ip, then it goes to queue and then crash when it ends the queue :/ some 1 knows if thats important or just random bad luck? i dont have any proxy setup and i wont use any, just in case. Edit3: ok if i put anything on the proxy config even if i put "0" the client say that there is a new update and try to update then fails to update then closes, if i leave proxy config as default (blank spaces) then it wont say that there is an update and enter to queue to later fail and close after queue is over. I guess we will have to wait for v16 ?
