CS:GO Junkies Just for Non-Steam Online Servers? i just want to know why i can't play any steam server in Argentina just a popup appears and Say Session Expired and then waiting lobby..

i delete all the game and re-downloading again cause i tryied with patch and -repatch after too many times an checked the rev.ini file, and everythings appears to be okay.. so if my problem fix with re-dowloading i will post Solved or edit post, thanks :)

hows title says i cant launch my cs:go im running in administrator privs and error appears: Unable to Execute command csgo.exe -steam -silent... soo why i should do, again wait 122 ppl n queue? to download cs:go? im under win8 So x32.
