Neither. I just install what SmartPlay provides. No SmartSteam whatsoever. It was working before I applied the launcher. Oh, and my Win8 is x64.

Sorry, but I don't have a screenshot, all there is is the black screen problem. I use Windows 8.1... The problem is when I open Launcher.com then enter "1" to start the game, all I get is black screen. Then after a minute, it closes. It's not the "This game requires steam." problem. Doesn't work with Patch 1.31.61 v4.0 by SmartPlay. Yes I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, applied the patch then the launcher, opened the Launcher.com, edited configuration.ini to windowed mode, entered 1 but I only got the black screen before it closed. It doesn't seem to mount the image automatically. Even when I do it still doesn't work.

When I run csgo.exe, it says "This game requires steam". Yes, I've mounted the image file on a virtual drive Z:. Another pop-up shows up, something about a "ole32.dll". Update: Aaaah, idiot. It was supposed to be revloader.exe... Yeah, it works now(Or atleast it opens, haven't played yet). But still, watch out for that ole32.dll crap.
