I uninstalled steam. Regedit couldnt find those registry keys anywhere

I just tried all the sections and options posted. Still long black screen, and when i minimize i find the error "steam required". Do you think i need to completley uninstall steam from my computer even though its not on?

I tried re installing everything and running everything as admin, but i still get the same black screen and then if i try to run task manager and close it, it gives me message that steam is required. I don't have steam open, and i run as admin. I got V23 and tried all the methods on the website such as deleting and re installing some files. Help is appreciated :) -thnx

Yeah same here. I tried reinstalling, running everything as admin, and making sure steam is closed. Still it goes to black screen then if i open task manager i get the error saying that "Error steam is required". If you find any answer plz let me know
