Whenever i load Counter Strike Source with or without junkies it runs incredibly slow. i have all the recommended downloads but it extremely laggy. please help.

whenever i press install/update in the junkies it says "you have invalid key" please help

Hey Guys, how are you? My names Daniel im 15 years old and i love playing Counter Strike in my spare time. I torrented CSGO from Aviara and i just dont understand how to run so i can play it, all i see is this Junkies Client and i have no clue what im doing. it would be easier if someone put this in step format (Step 1. , Step 2. etc..) starting from the torrent and ending at the actual playing of the game.
