Ok than guys the game works on win 7 64x but it can't work on your pc i am thinking. I have downloaded 1.31.4.0 and fix now work smooth not crashing! :D

Are we run the game from csgo.exe or launcher.exe?

Downloaded 1.31.1.0 installed it than made the patch after that i mount .img file osfmount.When start the game black screen closes :(

Your game file is different from server files you need pure csgo release to play in this server try another one! :)
