Tested by me,it works good,at least reduces like 10~20 % ping. But in Browser,i used to have like 40~50 Kbs/s when uploading, but now i've 80~100 Kbs/s.

Ok, go to core.ini(YOUR SERVER/cstrike/addons/sourcemod/config/core.ini) and found something like this "SteamAuthValidation" and It WILL be on "YES",than replace it with "NO".Beacause this option sends an kinf of Authentication which STEAM has to send back...And as you dont have it,the send back wont be,so you wont be given your Admin.
