i dont know what is going on, this software is so frustrating !!! sorry if i am rude but its been a whole day and i cant get it to work !! it starts downloading the update over 3gb and it will either throw a disconnect error on 60% or get stuck on "committing "(6 times) i have to close it down and re-run it only to get a invalid password error or invalid key error when my queue reaches to 1 from 25 takes about 30mins or more to reach 1. i have tried deleting the whole thing again but still the same case !!! i run it with admin rights and have tried everything mentioned here. Please help me out !! Thanks
