I've tried to fix black screen/steam problemsfrom deleting the files reinstalling and applying patches. ran the applications as administrator there are still bugs...tried the registry thing....still black screencurrently reinstalling everything please help i'm really frustrated Steam is required error –Open the given Registry Fix with notepad and change the (values of the dll file as required) what do you mean by this?. Use that registry fix and run the game as admin.
