    Cant launch CS GO (This game requires Steam)

    I downloaded the CS GO today (The junkies version) And I installed the game with no problems and I runned the reg file and now when I launch the game its do a black screen can after few sec its open a error window and its says This game requires Steam http://img15.imageshack.us/img15/1117/ag5j.png And I downloaded rar called v4 This one And its not helped too
