You are giving him wrong ip. 192.168.*.* can be used if you wanna play on LAN. If not you must go to http://whatsmyip.org and give him ip, which site is telling you. If you unlocked ports correctly, he'll connect.

It's strange if it starts if you don't have CS:S bought on Steam (bug?). You just can't play nonSteam game with Steam enabled, sorry.

Hi :D If you have played CS:S on Legacy (old) Source already, you can be suprised with Orange Box, cuz it's worse than Legacy (at least in my opinion) and it need better computer to play :/ example: Legacy - 60 fps on 4x AA OrangeBox - 30-40 fps max on 2x AA on the same computer.
