mine won't update it keeps restarting how can solve this help me pls. thanks

can anyone help with my junkies client after my first install/update atempt it suddenly dissappeared then when I opened it again and pressed install/update it says "We are fixing some problems please try again later or visit us at planetcss.com" (note: I've already tried pressing the other buttons like patch" please help :( Oh and also my junkies won't update i don't know why but it won't update help me i'm begging guys pls
