Ok Right click the program and "Run as admin" that should fix it. It is some rights problem.

I already re-installed, and updated + patched the game, but i have still this problem:
 

 

When I start the revLoader, I see a black screen with the mouse cursor in the middle, and then it quits after 10 to 20 sec and then nothing happens.

Hmmmm I don't know what could be problem. Search on google about stem and no disk space and you'll see steam users also have that problem. I can't help because I am just wrapping around steam protocol, I am not changing it.
