I have followed steps mentioned earlier in the forum related to install the game. After successfully installing / patching the game, when i try to play the game in administrator mode, all I see is black screen and crashes back to desktop. Please suggest a solution.

Ok I start program again and i havent disc problem 

DOESNT WORK!! 

i run it in administrator mode and nothing... tried everything, multiple times

 

a. when i finnish the queue, it says i logged off

 

b. it says there is an update, loads 30 percent and then stops and says fatal error blabla and i have to close and wait queue again

 

c. when i continue, it stops at 60 percent, i close (run it again in admin mode, wait the queue to finnish) and voila! the update i was loading returned to cero.

 

for this reason i have uninstalled everything... i hope you find a solution :( i cannot give you more info, sorry.

Finally working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

 

this is how i fix it:

1. Delate game, delate all REGISTRY ENTRIES! from the game manually!!, and next i use program for registry cleaner

2. I download newest junkies client from this site and unrar to desktop and run it in admin

3. I created new account by junkies client

4. I logon on my new account and wait for queue and next click 'Verifity all'' and next Install/update

5. Next i click ''verifity all'' and click PATCH 

6. I setup my language and next setup my NEW NICK 

7. I click '' Create shortcut'' and play

not any server,make sure that the servers non steam only and updated (1.22.2.3)

You guys....need to watch the videos on the front page. Download the game from junkies client. Then install/update, then patch, then start playing, even for offline LAN. Enjoy!

Couldn't join any servers (would bring me back to the menu every time I tried to connect).

 

Opened Junkie's Client, let it update itself + restart.

 

Logged in, downloaded game update.

 

Logged in again, patched.

 

Clicked play.

 

Works perfect again :)

What is revLoader.exe, do i have to download it???

I have tried to install the game via Junkies Client earlier and after installation(via Junkies Client) all i see is black screen for ~10 secs and games crashes back to desktop. So in order to reinstall the game i used the post below because downloading ~2.5gb takes a lot time so i have downloaded the setup now. After reinstalling again by following steps i am still unable to play the game.

*This tutorial has been tested on a i7-3770k PC with no graphics card and GENUINE Windows 7 64 bit! If CS:S works, CS:GO works.

HOW TO GET THE GAME!

--------------------------------------------------------------

 

1) Go to torrentz.eu or just google torrentz, and search for counter-strike.

2) Go to the kickass torrents one, and download the torrent. Also download the update as shown in the image.

You will also need .net 4.5, which you can get from the microsoft website: http://i.imgur.com/dpeWhUT.jpg

 

3) Install the game where-ever. I installed it on E drive. You should have the CS:GO update like this: http://i.imgur.com/J4hTVrg.jpg

4) Have you installed .net 4.5? No. GOD DAMMIT! Go back and do that! 

 

5)Alright it gets tricky here, so READ CAREFULLY! 

 Go to your X:\Counter Strike Global Offensive\Steam directory and look for JunkiesClient.exe

6) Now go to X:\Counter Strike Global Offensive\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\ and look for revloader.exe

PLEASE NOTE: THIS EXE IS YOUR GAME LAUNCHER! PRAY TO IT FOR 2 MINUTES.

7) Alright just a recap: You've copied the update.

                                  You've put JunkiesClient and revloader in admin mode.

                                  You've installed .net 4.5

                                  You've probably prayed a little bit... I was kidding man. 

 

8) Now register at http://forum.planetcss.com/index.php?app=c...ection=register

Your User-Name and Password is required to validate your CSGO, ie. so you can play. So just do it.

 

9) After you finish signing up, and you have verified your account. 

    DISABLE YOUR ANTIVIRUS!!

 

Run JunkiesClient.exe in ADMINISTRATOR! You will get BLACK SCREEN ERROR if you don't! (An error where CSGO starts and hits black screen and hangs)

Sucks, but you have to wait. Watch some Modern Family. It's a good show.

 

You should get a budumclink noise when you reach 1. It takes a while. If you do it in the morning, when the Russians are at work, the traffic is less. (Join servers and you'll know why).

 

When you reach the top: HIT "Install/Update" and Check the box "Verify All"

 

11) It WILL update. Because it's not the latest build. And update was released quite recently. You'll see a timer. But chill. It doesn't matter.

Unfortunately, you can't hit Patch if the timer runs out. So you might have to queue again.

 

12) IF the timer runs out repeat steps 10) but don't check "Verify All". And then hit "Patch".

Relax. The game still runs. If you patched successfully, hit start and you should see a black screen.

 

Okay this is where you hold on to your seat, because if everything is in Administrator mode, the game should go black, wait a couple of seconds (~10) and then you should hit mainscreen.

The mouse wont be working, because you'll see the console. Hit "~" or "Esc", and then play whatever you want. This works on Hamachi as far as I know.

If CSGO goes black, then you did something wrong. You might've:

 

1) Changed the nickname in JunkiesClient. Don't do that.

2) Either Revloader, or JunkiesClient is not in Administrator mode. Which is silly. You're not that silly are you?

3) The server overloaded, and it didn't download the updates... which SUCKS!! So try again later.

Head over to the CS:S Junkies forum, and read if anybody has the same problem like "Disk space something something" - make sure you have atleast 10 GB on the HDD.

Same as CS:S, after you've got the game running properly, edit the rev.ini file.

But changing the name will mean you will have to repatch after a new update is released. That means queueing etc. etc. 

So stick to one name. And for Abed's sake, don't pick a stupid nickname.

Yeah I did too, and I got STRING ERROR SOME SHIT. That's why I followed the alternate method. 

The torrent doesn't spell it out properly, that's why I made this.

 

Many people have solved this problem by using the following steps, i tried to merge these both posts and still i see the same error.

this is how i fix it:

System i am using is i3 - 2377 (1.5ghz), 8GB Ram. Win 7 x64 Home Premium Maybe this info might help.

I need help of some expert person to merge these both steps in correct manner, so that i am able to make the game work.

First, I'm sorry coz I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but I really need help. I did a lot of searching in the internet but I can't find the answer. Btw I got my CS:GO from here(which I'm very thankful to SmartPlay).

 

I'm not an online player of cs:go so I'm just playing with bots when I'm at home and here is the problem. I don't know where to change settings like freezetime, number of bots and bots(ally terrorist) can carry the bomb(in bomb/defuse matches) so I thought I should just type it in console. Putting the settings/commands in console esp. mp_freezetime 0, bots_defer_to_human_items 0, bot_quota etc works but after the match ends or every time I open the game the settings are reset or the commands I put in console are not working anymore. Is there a way to save those commands/settings?

 

And about the changing of map after match, every time the match ends it just go back/restarts to the map I first played. What I want is going to different random map after match ends. Is there a console command for that?

Hmm... I think, there is one more solution, not mine, but it working:

It's ninodevolle solution.

1. completely unistall the game including the files/maps that are left over in your computer on your selected destination install loctation.

 

2. run the client in administrator mode(VERY IMPORTANT).

 

3. login with your username and password from your account on this forum.

 

4. after logging click on verify all(IMPORTANT) and click on install/update.

 

5.than patch it als on verify all(IMPORTANT)

 

6. after all this just restart your computer for a bit it helps.

 

HINT: also works to stop your firewall just the time you are installing it after just turn it on again.

 

HINT:  also if all just went like it supose to and the game cant find the steam.dll file, in your selected folder is a file called rev.ini you can open it by clicking on it and menually fill in the path location of the file.  in the file it starts with .bin ........   just right the location of the file including the name of it(steam.dll)   example C:\program file/junkies client...... and so on.

 

 

of all of this does not work try save up money for a better compter or upgrade some hardware!!!!    i am a noob but i got it running like a tit and my dutch ass is playing it all day  so it works a 100%.

 

dont forget meanwhile the guy's are working on the alpha release so if something does not do what it suppose to do just try it again after 5/10 min thats what i had!!!!
