No, you can completely download the game with the client.

Hi, when the game finishes the  install i get logged off immediately and i can't patch it. I have repeated this process many times, waited in the queue, etc, and it allways logs off. What can i do?

I tried to install the game and whenever i try to play it, all i see is black screen for 10 seconds and back to desktop. Junkies Client, revloader.exe are set in admin mode but still issue persists.

If anyone was able to debug this problem please write down steps to remove this error. I have read the complete thread and tried several ways but issue still persists. And at that moment i was not connected to internet too.

 

@SmartPlay you are doing great job, if possible for you can you help me out in this. I have tried to debug the code but i was unable to see any error message(saw an empty debug file too, and fixed video resolution in config file same as my desktop's resolution). Can help in debugging the error but not much aware from where i should start.

Nevermind, i got it to work.

i am a newbie and am using windows 8... the problem is that whenever i run "RevLoader.exe" as an administrator the screen goes black and after 10 sec  it closes ... so any solutions ?

It says whenever i open the game(From the shortcut i've made from junkies client) "Unable to load .bin\Steam\Steam.dll. Please edit and comment out SteamDll value in rev.ini

When I'm 1 in the queue to verify me and I click on Install / Update is Status: Reconfiguring and time which is at the top of the log goes and jumps off.

 

It seems that I have a slow internet (2MB / s) if I can get it at a friend's copy the files and patch at home and it will work?

If you have clicked Install / Update then you should not worry about the timer. Just let it work.
