Hey SmartPlay, as you remember some time ago, we asked about that you reduced queue time to 20 sec, but i think, queue time is still 40 sec. So could you do it? It will short our time spented on uptading game, and we could spent time on play cs go :D

Well I tried that but there was some problem with the server script running out of time to generate fresh cache file.

I am working right now to reduce the time wait.

v20 fixed a lot but I'm having this little error, please can someone tell me what's wrong ?

My Internet connection is good (150~220 kbps download speed) and it is stable (uninterrupted)
I'm attempting a fresh install on my brother pc and it is giving this error

On the Settings Tab looks like this:
 
Proxy settings: / Server: blank / Port: 0 / Username: blank / Password: blank / Basic Authentication: Uncheked /
 
Installation Directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive
 
Log In Account: Username: zther Password: (my password) and yes I verified my password twice! it cant be a bad password
 
Unchecked Verify All & clicked on Install / Update

On the Installation Directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive
there is the "Counter.Strike.Global.Offensive-UNLOCKED" that I downloaded long before and worked with my pc some time ago
(I deleted the files that one of your tutorial videos mention to delete) And I Always follow carefully all your instructions.

Edit: **Solved** Just uninstalled Junkies Client (I had updated it from v15 to v20 but doesn't work) after the uninstall i deleted the Junkies Client folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client - After deleting it, I installed "Junkies_Client_ULTIMATE_Version_20.exe" Copied "Counter.Strike.Global.Offensive-UNLOCKED" to C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive, then I Deleted the specified files in the tutorial vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSUSrH1liA0
then it started to "Install / Update" ok

I will post more feedback after the "Install / Update" finishes.

Is the server dead? :blink: I uninstalled and then reinstalled the client but it still get this error.

Try first uninstall with unins000.exe in the Junkies Client folder >

After you uninstall, delete all the folders inside Junkies Client folder except the folder named steamapps >

Tthen go inside that steamapps folder and delete all except the folder named common.

 

Then if you are trying to "Install / Update" go inside common > Counter-Strike Global Offensive >

When you are In there, follow the instructions on this video tutorial which is in the first page http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSUSrH1liA0

After that, download & install Junkies_Client_ULTIMATE_Version_20.zip which is in the first page too & try again "Install / Update"

 

If you are trying to "patch and or verify" i haven't done that yet so I don't know :D

Thank you. I followed your instruction (except the video bcos Im downloading a fresh 4gb load). It's working now. :D

I'm still "Installing / Updating" it say 81.43% (1.74 GiB / 2.17 GiB)

 

I don't understand what it is "downloading" if I have the Counter.Strike.Global.Offensive-UNLOCKED FULL by skidrow placed in the folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive 

 

Perhaps an update ? I really don't know xD

 

P.S. To anyone who is trying to install CS:GO and are starting from scratch I recommend you to directly download via Junkies Client

why ? simple:

I know the queue is killing us but patience is the key! (PATIENCE) there are some advantages downloading directly from Junkies Client

 

1- After downloading via Junkies Client you just need to patch & play (I think / I hope)

2- it wont need to update those 2.17gb after you downloaded for example the game from skidrow or any other torrent (except they are the latest CS:GO client version) 

3- Its downloading at a stable speed & it work's like the torrent's client, its well seeded because there are lots of people using the Junkies Client

4- It will work :D

 

**Warning** If you cant let your download running for a long time or you lost your connection frequently try and download Via torrent 

why? the last time I was trying to download the game directly from the Junkies Client I had to cut the Internet when the download was at approximately 40% (I was Eating all my house bandwidth xD) and latter that night (Everyone was sleeping) when I was trying to "resume" it simply just wont work (don't know why maybe it was some already fixed bug maybe not, but I had to download the skidrow torrent because I Can pause the downloads & the Junkies queue was killing me xD)

 

Recommendation to Junkies Client Dev's:

option 1 -Add bandwidth control like torrents so you can control the download / upload speed

option 2 -Add a pause / resume download button

junckies client is kind of amazing ...

 

i am still not able to download full but still it works great ..

 

it totally fucks steam .

 

it just allow to download updates from steam to hell lot of people at same time WOW ..

can you explain exactly when it throw that error ? 

i mean, you click patch and it immediately throw the error ? or it start patching then after it patches throw the error?

or after patching you click play and it throw the error ?

 

please copy and paste the log on the junkies client or go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client\logs" and pm me the 

cloud_log.txt / connection_log.txt / content_log.txt / and i will see if i can possibly help you

It is simple, first of all have calm so you don't commit any mistake, try to follow my previous post (i had exactly the same problem and i solved it)

 

Try first uninstall with unins000.exe in the Junkies Client folder >

(it should be a red arror named "Counter-Strike Global Offensive") and select open file location >

then right click on "revLoader.exe" > properties > Compatibilities > Run this program with admin rights >

go to desktop and run your "Counter-Strike Global Offensive" short cut.

 

be patient and tell me if something has changed. (if your game is not up to date I think it should not patch correctly I don't know)

but for me its too laggy about 10 fps :P

HOW TO INSTAL.

 

 

For all

 

first go and download the avirera cs:go from torrents

and instal it

 

 

after that start juncker client and let it update to v20

 

 

after ur chance comes lt will download around 200 mb ...[remember dont tick on "verify it" ]

 

after download finishes..

 

 

click on patch

and when ur chance will come it will downloded the latest revloder files and client.dll

[with the avirera pack u will not get any errors]

[For win 7 and 8 give admin rights to every file in ur juncker folders.]

 

 

RUN THE GAME FROM REVLODER and ENJOY ......

i think V20 has few bugs

 

it cannot be closed directly, needs task manager

 

and now when i tried patching...

 

it gave me update.......and (junkies_update.zip) is  on 2% since last 20min (PS; my net speed is fast enough)  :o 

 

 

 

now i think we'll have to wait for ADMIN lets see what he says
