Then repatch again.

I think after 12231 update, hostages can't be killed, they only take damage. When you pick up a hostage, you're carrying an undead. LMAO

Just click Install/Update and the login promt will pop out, then you can enter your login id and password. After the 1st time it will be stores, next time when you click Install/Update or Patch you'll be put in queue like usual. :)

I got v12232 and connected to that server succesfully. You should update the game and try to connect again.

Well try reinstalling the client .,.,check if ur firewall is blocking the client's connection and retry

Steamapps folder is not required in the latest client just download and update the game and patch and if necessary clear the registry keys before doing all this ,,.,.and then play the game,.,

Does the game crash after black screen ././and if yes then delete the registry keys of valve and update the game and repatch and then run the game.,.,but  remember the game is not proper so it takes time to load/./.

I get could not load library client.

Could not load library client means that u don't have the client.dll file in

/csgo/bin/

or it is corrupted .,.,,.,., 

To fix it u update the game first without verify all and then with verify all ticked

Without verify all - should fix the game files for u

With verify all - should update the game files

Then repatch the game with verify all

 

Make sure u run the client as admin and u don't have backups of the game because they sometimes create this problem, the solution above worked for me so it should work for u too.,.,.

If u really are want the game to run pls  delete registry key

before doing anything above and don't run revloader or steam after deleting the keys till the time u have done everything written above else the keys might create conflict,.,.
