change the installation directory from the settings panel.

Press Windows key + R, then type regedit, Enter. Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Valve\Steam, then change the Language value to English. :)

I just have HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Valve\Steam with language ="french" used to fix the black screen.

I tried with another language (change with junkies client) but same issue : still in english.

 

Otherwise, the game works perfectly and thanks to the team.

i have the V25.0.0.2 version and im wondering how to update am i going to reinstall the whole game or i have to click patch only so it will be updated to 0.4 version pls help because it takes me long time to install the whole game

Yes, im sure. You can check in Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\resource folder, the language files are named as csgo_(language).txt. I could even translate CSGO to Vietnamese, but it would take a week or maybe month. LMAO

oh nvm i fixed that problem but now i have another one -_- it says when i join any server "You must be running Steam."

Removed the huge quote

Something clearly wrong with the new version of Junkies client. I tried to update to latest version and it didn't update and stopped on- "committing" . Then i deleted .acf file and tried to install/update again, it again started downloading 3.14 GB of data!! Clearly this is a huge bug.

 

Anyways i had backup of the cs go complete files , i restored from there, now it downloaded only a 140 mb of update. Fully updated as of now.
