That's the trick, you actually have to be there when it's your turn and click what you want to do... So wait your turn, WHILE staring at your place waiting for you to come to the #1 spot! Then when it's your turn, the patch button will be clickable, just click it if all you need to do is patch... I tried 4th time but the instruction tell me to install/update first, After I finished it, I cant click on 'Patch' button.... I'm a new player.. You have to wait in the queue again to patch... and MAKE SURE YOU ARE THERE, when it is your turn... Otherwise you'll lose your turn and have to wait in queue again... That's where the confusion comes in, most people don't realize if you aren't there when it's your turn, you are skipped... It's kind of like if its your hand in poker and you don't make a move within a short time... You automatically fold!
