the fps increasing tut did not worked at all

3 times on my laptop (win 8) and 1 time on desktop (win xp), all on default directory (it was v16 i think). There was once when I tried to install CSGO in C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client, then I had "not enough disk space" error. So I reinstalled the game in E:\Program Files\Junkies Client\, it worked perfectly.

 

However, in the past hour, I tried again: Uninstalled junkies client and delete some files and folders like you told me before. Then I ran Junkies Client Setup as admin, and moved the remaining files all the way to C:\Program Files (x86)\Junkies Client\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive. Then I run the client as admin, verify -> install/update & patch. --> Miracle appeared, no error. :D

PS: My VGA card is onboard, so I have to run the game at 800:500, with lowest graphic setting. :P

Pretty good man i was trying helping jpsinh0 on his w8 but it failed to download all the time with the junkies, i hope it works for him with the torrent. =)

thanks for your feedback, i will keep looking, if i see something worthy i will let you know, and remember if you find something useful let us all know =)

just a quick question to anyone who can help ... i just recently got junkies client and everything pretty much works but most times when i connect to a server I'm kicked off due to excessive ping... i did my homework and in layman's terms this is due to a slow internet connection but my connection should be adequate. I googled the problem and found out it may be "solved" by opening the ports on my router settings but while i think i'm able to do this, i don't know which ports to open  :unsure: ..so can anyone tell me what ports junkies client+csgo works on so i can open them and hopefully get a better performance? thx in advance  :D

. Counter-Strike - Global Offensive requires you to forward the 3478,4379-4380,27000-27050 ports. umm i found that in about 30 seconds on google after reading your post.

yea but that should be with regards to being connected to steam should it not?

i don't think the ports for junkies client will give you better performance, open all ports related to csgo and see if it gives you better performance, even if they are ports for csgo to connect with steam.

strange error i update the game fine, then when i try to patch i notice that when its try to generate the client.dll file it stucks in 1% and doesnt download anything, then all the rest of the files are downloaded fine and it says patch completed. but the game doesnt run. sorry my bad english

it should be fine if the file is downloaded man, if you are having black screen problem you might need to do some extra things to run the game, i will update the guide i finally find what is causing the black screen problem.

yo soy de venezuela mi pana lo que pasa es que he parcheado otras pcs y en la parte que el parche baja el client.dll muestra el progreso de la descarga hasta que llega a 100% y todo bien el problema que tengo en esta  pc es que cuando el parche va a bajar el client.dll se queda pegado en 1% no descarga nada y pasa a los siguientes archivos sin el client.dll no va a entra el juego. he parcheado varias pc y lo de el black screen se mejora un poco si tienes el steam usando el greemluma el juego abre mucho mas rapido.

No that is not related with that.

This game does Not need Steam to be played (unless you have the original), i don't have steam installed & i can play online. on updated 1.22.3.1 non-steam servers.

Note that you don't need to delete Steam to make this run, you can install back your Steam and it wont interfere with your cs:go, you need help? What exactly are you trying to do?

Hmm this is interesting. Tomorrow I'll clean reinstall windows 7 on test PC and I'll install steam with blank account and I'll check this out.

Actually i was facing some issues while installing the game as per specified in this topic's first post. First i was getting a black screen error, but now that issue seems to be resolved, but now whenever i try to play the game it says "This game required steam". Also FYI, i tried to install steam and uninstall steam but still the issue remained the same. Please give some tips to overcome this issue.

I guess you're using windows 7 or 8. You have to run the game with admin right. Right click on the game icon and choose Run as administrator, you have to do this everytime you want to play the game. However, there's another way: Right click on revLoader.exe, choose Properties, and then go to Compatibility tab, check Run this program as an administrator. From now on you can just doubleclick on the game and it will run well. Have fun!

i clicked patch

after patching i got the black screen throw me to the desktop

solved..just do all the sections and options

i downloaded the torrent follow the step but still crashes blackscreen
