March 28, 201312 yr comment_7380 im trying to play a cracked server but it keeps saying steam needs to be running any help? i when i use steam it says dont have permision to run cstrikehmm you know, maybe first unninstall steam, after this download client again, and install game one more time, and don't forget patch, of course before it, you need to uninstall game and delete all game files
