where to get $2000$ map for cs:go 

and how to use it 

try to find it on gamebanana.com, and just put folder with map in csgo/maps

i got the map i put on the maps file..but i only can play it when i 

type in console change level $2000$csgo

no other way ? 

There is only one other way ,. you have to edit some files. else load from console
