Why do you made it NET framework 4.0 depended?It is very simple program so you don't need that dependency. Make it independent like I did with junkies client.

Make it independent like I did with junkies client.It doesn't work if the directory which is chosen doesn't have csgo/bin folder in it , if it has these folders then it works , That error specifically shows that the specified directory is not found , what it is programmed to do is that , it has to first delete the /csgo/bin folder then it will run the regfix from the data folder and then it shows a message . So if the chosen directory is wrong it won't work or if the regfix has been moved then also it won't work
