May 14, 201311 yr comment_9593 When the game was going to 36% program say Update failled:Connection timeout.Im running the program as administrator.The problem as much as i have understood is not related to the client or this forums or anything like that , it is related to the steam servers and their location.You can't do anything about that but you can resume the download . You can find how to do it on some page in my guide,.,.
