Whenever I click install/updates I got this window   and when I click ok

I got this Error I have uninstalled my antivirus,I have reinstall my windows

2 times Installed latest .net framework installed all c++ redistributables uninstall and reinstall latest junkies client but nothing helps please help admin :(

The same at me. But even after I disable my antivirus ( I don't have Firewall running never) I still have this.
