The file is Admins_simple.ini(sourcemod) http://www.mediafire.com/?7m2ry6n7n7yh3j4 It is simple like this "STEAM_0:0:12456778" "abcdefghijklmnz" "STEAM_0:0:45554555" "abcdefghijklmnz" You see first comes the steam id then the admin flags. If you are using non steam then you should use combo of nickname and password or ip address. It is explained in the document.
