Help! CSGO Crash on Startup (BlackScreen)

No, it didn't! So I'm gonna download it again but I use these steps this time:

1. Install the game

2. Archive it as .exe by WinRAR and name it "Setup"

3. delete the files and take the archive somewhere else

4. Patch the game

5. Archive the patched files as .exe by WinRAR and name it "Patched Files"

6. Put these two archives in folder "Counter-Strike Global Offensive/Source

Note: Don't Forget to save .acf file.
