Posted July 8, 201311 yr comment_12078 Every time I click on the Install/update button, it says "there is a new update available'' I click ok to get the new update and then it says ''update fails'' and the window closes. Any help?
July 8, 201311 yr comment_12082 - Do steps of section 1, if didn't work do the steps of section 2: 1.a. Delete file "junkies_update.zip" in main folder if it exists.b. Delete all folders except "steamapps" and "bin" in main folder if they exist.c. Reboot your computer.d. Run Junkies Client and try again.Note: The update process must not fail, check your connection or firewall to make sure it's access to internet is granted. 2.a. Delete Junkies Client via Windows Control Panel.b. Make sure there's not a folder named "Junkies Client" in the installation directory, if there is delete it completely.c. Check here to notice if there's a newer version of Junkies Client released or not, if released and you don't have it, download it.d. Install it & try again.Note: The update process must not fail, check your connection or firewall to make sure it's access to internet is granted. - Report back if it's still not solved.
